Now it’s time to focus on you. You’ve worked hard for many years. It is now time to make a move that allows you new opportunities to rest, become rejuvenated, and experience new adventures. This is your opportunity to rediscover old passions and find a few new ones to pursue, which will help make the transition to independent living at The Esquiline even easier.
One of our friendly staff members will visit with you in your home to discuss what is important to you, what you hope to achieve with your new beginning, and how we can help make your transition easier. Once you’re here, we’ll help you get acquainted with the amenities, services, activities, and socialization opportunities we have available to you.
If your friends and family would like to come and visit, we offer affordable guest rooms on campus. You might want to consider staying overnight in one of our guest rooms to get a glimpse into life at The Esquiline for yourself. Breakfast is included in the cost, and it would give you a chance to explore the delicious options available in our dining room as well.
We have an official welcome committee made up of residents and staff members that help with introductions and acclimations to the community. Committee members check in periodically to make sure new residents are adjusting well and enjoying the community. We will also work on creating a biography about you so that other members of the community can get to know you a little better and find common ground, backgrounds, and experiences to share.
We believe that transitioning to independent living is an adventure and not a chore. We go out of our way to make it as interesting and uplifting an experience as possible. We want you to look forward to this next adventure as much as we do!
